:yup:LMAO.

"Tower Flower" was used in reference to any (army) controller that was only ever up in the fixed base tower. I was with a tactical group so we were always out in the field, doing missions, getting dirty. (Fixed base) tower people never did any of that so we likened them to "a delicate little flower".
