I've received the cards as well. Skywest, Republic, PSA and Envoy have sent them. Pretty certain it's just mass mailings to all eligible pilots. But it makes me chuckle when I get them.

My favorite is getting recruiting postcards from an airline you already work for.

I've gotten several enticing offers from Endeavor, the airline I flowed from August of last year. It would be a pay bump, and I'd be home based again, the bonus would be nice too...

About a month or so ago, someone from Pilot Recruiting at my former employer cold-emailed me for an interview.

Knew a guy back in the day where they tried to junior man him, and he simply walked off the plane, rented a car and drove away.

We had a J4J captain who did that at an outstation when he got recalled to mainline.
