Secondly, I'm assuming name tags are going to be at the door?

absolutely!!! bring plenty of business cards and a pen, so you can write down info about the person on the back.

I missed that pic, but for those with business cards... http://www.vistaprint.com used them a few years ago. The cards have held up very well and I did a nice custom print that worked out perfect. Besides, it's dirt cheap. Great company.
