Two pages of paperwork for me daily usually, that is until HAZMAT decides it needs a ride. Then it goes to three or four pages. Most completed prior to departure. Only one page gets any attention after you unload the cargo. And yes, all paperwork super easy.

That's good to know, thanks! One more question:

How is the daily paperwork? Is it pretty easy or are you filling out page after page when you are finished with your trip?

Already been answered, but I touch between 3 and 5 pieces of paper a day. Total time doing paperwork is definitely less than 10 minutes and that includes weight and balance. I would guess the total per day is less than 5 minutes, but I've never timed just the paperwork part.
