Impaired FA DEN-Williston, ND

This seems like it's probably not the whole story. Also, the passenger who took the photos had to "go to the cockpit" to inform the pilots? I assume they must have done this after the flight?

The sole FA on United 4689 (ERJ-145) was apparently impaired, and removed upon landing at intended destination ISN. In this condition, how could she get past the gate agent and two cockpit crewmembers without being detected?

Assuming the flight attendant was indeed impaired, it is not the gate agent's responsbility to evaluate a crew member's fitness for duty- rather it is the crewmember's responsibility to call in sick if they're not feeling up to working. And frankly an illness/impairment might not even be apparent in the few minutes at most the gate agent would be interacting with the flight attendant.

Several, regrettably.

After my first landing there, I looked around and went "what the f--- are we doing flying here?"

For me it was the interesting assortment of customers walking to/from the liquor store next to the Wal-Mart across from the hotel that left me with the most questions.

Used to be on trips out of ORD. Did turns a few times. Mostly workers, both men for the fields, and women for the clubs....

I did the flight from Denver a few times, had a couple overnights. Once during the week of Christmas. That is what happens when you get on crew scheduling's bad side

A United Airlines flight attendant was reportedly suspended after she exhibited erratic behavior on a flight from Denver to Williston, N.D.
Passenger Erika Gorman tweeted about the incident, saying the flight attendant was so out of control that she went to the cockpit to report her behavior to the plane's pilot.
Gorman alleges that the flight attendant was drunk.
"Drunk and disorderly—belligerent flight attendant. Boarding announcements were 'if your seatbelt isn't tight, you f^*%ed up," Gorman said in a tweet to the airline.
Gorman, a passenger on Trans States Flight 4689, took pictures of the disheveled-looking flight attendant and shared them on social media.
The images show the flight attendant confronting another passenger.
Police met the plane when it landed in North Dakota, according to CBS News.
United said it was "aware of a concerning incident involving a flight attendant. As a gesture of goodwill, we have compensated all customers aboard the flight and we apologize for any inconvenience or distress this may have caused" in a statement to the Daily News.
"The safety of our customers and crew aboard all United and Trans States flights is a top priotity," United said in the statement.
Trans States Airlines said the flight attendant is being "held out of service," according to CBS.
