I wonder what you need to fly it. The only thing that comes close is the V-22, which they probably want someone who was flying a V-22 in the service. Theres not many of them. That Bell-Boeing History is very interesting, but this is just Bell. I remember seeing the first prototype sometime in 99-00. Very interesting.
