Single Owner Jet Pilot Rotation

Hey everyone,

what is the Pilot Rotation like for a single owner aircraft, which is not charted out.

Lets say a plane with a global range like, global 6000 or g650er.

I am really interested how a pilots rotation is like and at what schedule.

Seeing as we’re about to go back into the bad old days, I’m gonna go with 7 on/7 on 24 hour on call.

How many pilots?

We do ~130-150 hours per year with 3 pilots, so not much of a rotation.

3 is pretty normal for a plane that capable. Sometimes 2 if you are part of a management group that has floater pilots typed in your airplane to cover time off.
