Hydraulic PTU, but yeah, you'd think they'd have some logic in there for it to chill out a sec
Given the paucity of secondary/demand pumps on that airplane, I'm good with it doing its thing every engine start.

Seriously, talk about a study in minimization. Granted, I don't remember if I've ever even had so much of a hiccup out of an engine-driven hydraulic pump, but.
 
Or 25-40-70 miles…. Depending on altitude.
