Anyone on Jetcareers work at the PHX TRACON? We flew in there late one night (July 29) with thunderstorms all around the area and they were initially landing west, but as we were on the latter parts of the arrival, the winds shifted and they changed to an east flow. The one controller who had all the arrivals did such an amazing job at rerouting the several aircraft in the area and realigning them with the east runways. I'm sure he was expecting a docile late night shift, and was thrown this last minute change, and I think he did a very exceptional and professional job. Just thought I'd give a shoutout if anyone works there know him.
