Where am I?!

So I'm in L.A. on some vacation time, visiting my folks and my oldest sis & her family. On the way home from the airport today, we pass this:

White Trash Truck

I figured it was some gardener. Nope. Some freak lady ... apparently lives in the back of it.

She must be from The South.
