You'll see...although admittedly, living in base takes a lot of the butthurt away.
LCR while living in base is a basically a vacation

When you're on the overstaffed 175, sure. In Crj land, reserve is the worst.LCR while living in base is a basically a vacation
Hey, I'll take a midnight call for a noon show over a "hey, we're giving you the worst standup in the system tonight."A vacation where someone calls you at midnight every night and then you have to go to Bozeman and ferry back empty.

You know unless the stand-up is for the next night (34 hours away vs 10) you can refuse right?Hey, I'll take a midnight call for a noon show over a "hey, we're giving you the worst standup in the system tonight."![]()

Getting "released into rest" for a stand-up is 100% voluntary. But they don't advertise that when they call you, obviously

He was a "cadet" first. He was a pilot new hire when I transitioned over to the CRJ a couple years ago.?
SM, the most junior award, is a 5/13 hire. We went from 4 years to 3 years in three months, but it's still not quite to 2.5 yet.
I actually want to fly a paint line, incidentally.A vacation where someone calls you at midnight every night and then you have to go to Bozeman and ferry back empty.

What the above poster said. If you look at the hire date of the one guy above him in seniority who was awarded captain in the last bid, the hire date is 12/2013.?

We sort of stopped hiring for a few months in '13, too. (It was "fun!")What the above poster said. If you look at the hire date of the one guy above him in seniority who was awarded captain in the last bid, the hire date is 12/2013.
Skywest pilotsJumpseat question about what your FOM says. If you are operating on the DCI side obviously OO gets first priority. Is it then fcfs after that or is there a hierarchy like Oo...Mainline dl...other DCI...oal?
And thanksSkywest pilots
Skywest dispatchers
Expressjet pilots
Delta/DCI pilots by time of check-in
Offline pilots by time of check-in
Your thoughts? Same as the UA side...
How does one verify that a GoJets pilot is working UA or DL flight, but still ahead of a SKW pilot on a UA flight? That's why it's time of check in. Fair for the majority. Was the same when I was at Eagle. Riding in back, even on AA metal, was all based on time of check in.How does one verify that a Compass Pilot is flying for Delta on a Delta coded flight?
