They have to be able to get in and out of the simulator. If they've never used a door or seat before, it can be challenging.

If it's who I'm thinking about, the in house washout rate was kinda up there too around the time I left....but to washout at fsi is ummm....special. The pool is drying up fast for many ems operators and the bottom tier operators are getting the absolute bottom.
