So under Key Responsibilities
Collects and processes NOTAMS (Notices to Airmen), Firing Notices, Operational Bulletins, hourly weather reports and forecasts, space weather, storms, Hurricane, and other severe weather phenomena.
I hope that is related to military activity versus HR activity.
