DME/DME/IRU or GPS Required

Good evening. I am having a hard time finding information that helps me understand this note on an RNAV arrival. If someone wouldn't mind helping me to understand, or leading me to a good source that explains this, i would be grateful. I know what each of these pieces of equipment are, I am just not truly understanding what the note is conveying. Thanks in advance for any info!

A reference to the chart would certainly help, but since you say you understand what a GPS is and what a DME/DME/IRU system is, it just seems like a standard required equipment note, no different than "ADF or DME" required in an approach chart.

It’s an RNAV (area navigation) arrival. The equipment requirements mean you either need an RNAV capable navigation system the uses either a dual DME system coupled with an inertial reference unit or a GPS based system. That should bring you to RNAV 1 which is typical for an arrival. If your aircraft is not RNAV capable, you cannot file, fly, or be assigned the arrival.
