NGPA this year. He wrote me a letter of rec and got an email response to its submission saying something to that effect. Thanks for the help, I was scouring the FB page and couldn't find anyone in the same situation.

He's got somewhat of a point. I have to say, of the oddballs I've flown with the one thing in common was no college degree. Usually them ripping on Delta hiring is a good giveway and when I ask them what their degree is in, the answer explains it. Though we've adopted the same 4-yr degree requirement so Delta and Fedex aren't the only ones.

It'd be one thing if Delta arbitrarily added the degree requirement recently, but its been a requirement for Delta since dinosaurs walked the earth. To expect Delta to lower their requirements to accommodate your personal resume is telling.

That wasn't what I or @Acrofox was responding too. It was the ridiculous held believe by some that degreed pilots, as a whole possess better flying ability/skills. Verses the non degreed.
