FLIPY FLAPS!
occasional ball-buzzing is a small price to pay to get crews to slow downThe issue I could see is sometimes the taxi lines extend aways on the runway. Especially if you do an intersection takeoff.

no scrotum applied shocks - I'm gonna have to pass on this implementationTakeoff Surveillance & Monitoring Functions | Safety First
Airbus has continuously improved takeoff safety since the "TO CONFIG TEST" pushbutton was first introduced on A300 and A310 aircraft, and with the development of the Takeoff Surveillance (TOS1 & TOS2) and Takeoff Monitoring (TOM) functions. The TOS2 package that was initially developed for the...safetyfirst.airbus.com

It really is. One thing I've always sort of wished I had, too, was a useful time check from thrust advancement to the high-speed abort regime. "Normal" versus "degraded" acceleration is subjective, etc. unless the latter is VERY obvious.
While holding handsI think it would be cool if both had to loudly shout the runway number in unison.
Hilarious shenanigans would likely ensue.I think it would be cool if both had to loudly shout the runway number in unison.

We used to call that an "Eiffle Tower" on this site back in the day. While holding hands
That would require a flight engineer, no?We used to call that an "Eiffle Tower" on this site back in the day.
RAAS is on I think most if not all of the Purple types. Works good, last long time. We still verify the runway though for the lawyers.
I’ve heard that the RAAS in the A300 yells “on taxiway, on taxiway, on taxiway” if you went over 40kts GS while on a taxiway.
Tower radio clearance, over.
That's Clarence Oveur!
What?
Who?

Or parallel to you.Or behind you.
And keep them by Thy watchful careYou know, that flight that Ted Striker safely landed is always remembered for its flight crew of Capt Clarence Oveur and FO Roger Murdoch. But always forgotten, is FE/SO Victor Basta, the third member of the flight crew that is never mentioned in the tributes to this tragic night.
