Night/instrument time build near Portland, OR (have plane)

Have a C-182 and need 30 more hours of night + 25 more hours of instrument time to meet the magic 100 and 75. Plane located just outside of PDX. $40 an hour rate for you to cover half of the operating expenses. I'm not a CFI so unless you are we will have to trade off as safety pilot/ under the hood guy. Can fly to a nearby airport to pick you up. Looking to fly at least 5 hours at a time. PM if interested. Thanks.

That's a great opportunity for someone. I wish I had the extra money right now. Can't beat $40 per hr even splitting a c-152
