OK where are my first of the year peeps!
I decided to do something ! wasn't going to do, hopefully it will help motivate someone. I feel pretty positive, and can't wait to see what the last 33 days will bring.
Here is my day 1 and day 60 photo comparison.
"T.L.A.R."What do you guys do for the diet when on the road.
Originally, I went with the program, exactly, and I did not lose weight, just changed my configuration (Dale, I just got this for Christmas and should be getting started with it shortly after I finish some basement repairs. How well does the carlorie guide work out for you? I am level 3+ which scare the heck out of me to eat that much. I don't eat that much now and have no problem gaining weight. 6'3 & about 330 lbs

Holy Crap, Dale! Awesome results! Your shoulders and arms are getting some real nice definition, and you've got a tight tummy!! Keep up the good work!
Curious, do you think this workout would help someone like me who is trying to gain 20-30 lbs and "bulk up" with muscle mass? Or is it better suited for those trying to lose weight and tone?
Some days it is hard to get motivated, but I have even watched the paid advertisement to get motivated. Just keep pushing play, modifiy where you need to, and follow the nutrition plan. (see my earlier posts) Do your best and forget the rest...BRING IT:rawk:
I'm getting close now T-X16 and counting...
just continue to push play...every day!Just re-re-re-started. Life keeps getting in the way. This time, I'm following Kirk's infinite wisdom. "If it's important enough, you make the time."
So...day 1 down. I be tuckered out.

I'm trying to figure out a way to not take the DVD drive (it's external) or the DVDs. I'm always worried they'll (DVDs) break.I play it on my computer, and sometimes I can connect to the hotel TV with a s video cable...matter of fact in 10 minutes, its time:rawk:
I keep them in the original package and they have been with me every day since November 1...I was considering getting a little teeny dvd player to plug into the hotel tv...just finished the chest, shoulders and triceps...recovery drink next...I LOVE the recovery drink...then I'm going for a steak dinner somewhere here in FAT...:rawk:I'm trying to figure out a way to not take the DVD drive (it's external) or the DVDs.
