Were you flying the 2:10 pm flight to Atlanta yesterday? If so, I almost tried to jumpseat with you, but it was late and I wouldn't have made my connection.

Yup, that was me. Actually it was a IAH-MGM-ATL flight after hilarity ensued trying to get into ATL. You would have REALLY missed your connection then!

The best part was I told the agent that I would miss my connection if the flights were delayed. She looked at it in the computer and agreed. Then she asked me, "Do you still want the jumpseat?"

Not as dumb as the TSA, but getting there.
