Yeah, this opening has come up a few times recently. Another is ARINC. They're always looking for people to fill what seems to be a great job at a great company.

Judging by the duties listed, it sounds like you're the dispatcher, crew schedule, APIS, travel, towel boy and general gopher.

The ARINC jobs always seem to me to be largely clerical. I could be wrong. Of course, it probably doesn't help that the two main locations for ARINC are in two of the most expensive areas to live in the US either.

I was thinking more of New York and San Francisco, where their radio operations are. However, after looking on the web site, I see they do have a lot of jobs available in other places, and the dispatch-type jobs that I saw listed (Flight Coordinator) seem to be in Annapolis, Maryland. (Of course, anything near DC isn't cheap either.)
