The class is hired. But we have had class after class lately. It is entirely possible that they have yet another class hired again right after with the growth expected. You may not get a TBNT until that one is done. That is all conjecture but the class is hired.

Ah ok. So if they were to start another class (in addition to the one they have now) would they post another opening or do they keep apps on file and just call whoever is next on the list?

Hopefully they will keep our applications on file if they have finalized the current class. I would think we would have gotten TBNT by now if they weren't considering more positions. My application still shows under review.

Not a good idea to make comments like that when you are trying to get hired by said regional and your username is your actual name....

Just ask the last guy on here whose username was his real name and posted nonstop about his employer. Let's just say he's not working there anymore.

Well thats what HR wrote me in an an email... So I guess they lied

They're not obligated to tell you everything with regards to the hiring process. If they're done, they're done. Consider them sending you a TBNT email/call as a bonus or a nice gesture, but nothing more.

Also, lose the "entitlement" attitude. It doesn't go far in this profession.
 
Well I completed the video interview. That’s got to be the weirdest way to interview ever but it wasn’t as bad as I thought after the first couple questions.

Hope I didn’t sound like a dork

Mine was 10 questions.

Without being specific:

A few HR questions, a few technical questions related to fuel and the dispatch release, a "what would you do if...", and one where you had to figure out if an alternate was required.

Easy questions, but weird/different since its you recording yourself.
