Oh I see, didn't know they had a contract to the Baron. Yea CFI thing picks up over there in spring. I think they still do the lake shore flights but I am not sure.

It's tough to find something in that area. I remember the struggle I had.

Having been there for some time, mind sharing observations as for the happiness or lack thereof of the leaseback plane owners?

I never really met any airplane owners, but the people that rented were really nice so I am not sure.
