You betcha. Mostly the crews, but 13 or 14 off supplemented by 3 or 4 overnights at home did make for a great QOL.

Must be. I check mine religiously.Am I the only pilot whose paycheck is correct every month?
Yes.
I occasionally have a hard time seeing the forest for the trees, as it were, especially when my life is an endless slog of 4-2-4-2-4...

I don't know man... An endless slog of 4 off 2 on sounds awesome to me!
Sounds like hell. I need large chunks off. Even 5 days in a row is not sufficient.I don't know man... An endless slog of 4 off 2 on sounds awesome to me!
It kind of is. We are in the 5/2 schedule, and it sucks. Even with being home every night. I only have one showtime before 2pm this month. It is nice having the first half of the day to do things. That actually sounds kind of terrible.
It's really not great. It's great if you score a partial weekend (remember, Earth people work Monday through Friday, but airplanes do not know the difference), and it's great if the trip pays over 16 hours...but...I don't know man... An endless slog of 4 off 2 on sounds awesome to me!
Yeah. 4-3 is my sweet spot. That actually sounds kind of terrible.
No.
Stuff that you would call "grievances" aside, which are few and far between, mine has been correct all but two pay periods at the Mormon Air Force.

Yeah. 4-3 is my sweet spot.
Day 1: doing all the stuff I didn't do on the road
Day 2: "ahhhhhhh"
Day 3: "oooo, work tomorrow, flying!"
Day 1: Veg out watching TV and playing video games while recouping from a week on the road.
Day 2-6: WOO HOO I HAVE THE WHOLE WEEK OFF!
Day 7: Ok, these kids have wore me out. Can I go back to work to relax.
The most egregious example was when I got a check for $27.88 for two weeks of reserve. I had called in sick for two of the days, and only had like 1.5 of user time, so they dutifully paid out the user time instead of the half-month guarantee minus the days I was out for.I'm also a member of the Mormon Air Force and they've botched my check a few times. I never used to actual go over my paycheck because I figured I can trust it was correct, but now I go through it very carefully. It always happens when there's a cancellation or getting displaced. Somehow hours that should be paid out are "lost" and don't make it to my bank account.

Last month I had 15 days off in a row, followed by 14 days of not flying on call at home, 1 flight(unless you count flying my airplane which was almost every other day) and a checkride. So far this month is doing almost as well. 5 days into my shift and 2 flights, one being mx.My last month or so was 11-3-19-1-going on 3. The small numbers are working days. I've never had it so good and hope it stays for awhile.
You brag now, but next month you will be full duty day flying every day.Last month I had 15 days off in a row, followed by 14 days of not flying on call at home, 1 flight(unless you count flying my airplane which was almost every other day) and a checkride. Not likely. I have 62 (work flying)hours so far this year. You brag now, but next month you will be full duty day flying every day.
Ha!Not likely. I have 62 (work flying)hours so far this year.
You're going to have to try a lot harder.I'm secretly competing with @mikecweb for least hours flown in a year.
Yeah, so do I. And you know what? It's better looking up than looking down. I wouldn't go back for seven figures a year.
