I'm pissed at them. They were listening to some song about Blueberry Faygo the other day. I said this music is trash. They asked what kind of music I like, I told them real rap. like 90's-2000 rap. Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Eminem et. al. They were all okay boomer. I like classic rap too.

Classic rap??? Am I really THAT old? Is that really what they're calling it now???

He’ll do well because he seems to have a good attitude, go getter, and seems to enjoy flying. But let’s be honest, as a 2018 hire at Envoy he’s in for a long ride at the regionals before going to the big 3. I was almost convinced the days of 7-8 yr RJ FOs were gone.

It’s not really “playing the victim” when he actually is under attack on a near constant basis on here. He made a joke and you literally went immediately to telling him to get professional help. It’s not hard to see why he perceives himself as always being under attack here. Frankly, this place used to be better than this garbage.

Hasn't having 7-8 yr RJ FOs been the norm until a few years ago? And honestly, ending up as an 8 yr RJ FO is a pretty good fate compared to getting "Comaired". Which will probably happen to many more regionals, possibly including Swayne's, before this is over.

I agree people are generally too nasty to him on here. But it's hard to "joke" about Swayne being a potential school shooter without sounding a bit nutty.

I think the regional miracle started right about when the ATP law passed. So about 2013 until March 2020.

2013 or so definitely seemed to be when it started, but it took a while for there to be enough upgrades that there were no more 8 year FOs. I remember in mid-2016 the upgrade time at Endeavor was still like 7 years, and I think that was the case at Horizon as well. Of course it quickly dropped after that.
