What is holding Pinnacle pilots from doing the same thing as Spirit pilots recent debacle?

The NMB has to release you before you're legally able to strike.
Isn't everyone pissed off enough for some of these stages to come about? Yeah they are flying their arse off and getting paid for it but how long can slaves take the abuse until they retaliate against their master?
No.. everyone here is not pissed off enough.. Plenty of the SJSer's are just happy to be cloud-blasting...

I've got to admit, I have always tried to have a positive attitude, but I am now even starting to believe after the latest update that the management here is just plain hostile. I have never in my life worked at a place that has puzzled me as many times as here. I still am trying to maintain my personal commitment to enjoy every day, but it is a constant struggle around here. Just trying to keep it real.
I know I'm probably just too naive, but some here truly need to take a course in human resource management. They just come across as totally clueless. I'm not one to always need positive reinforcement all the time, or very often at all, but at some point human nature kicks in. When I think about it, I have never once in the time I have been here ever been told that I was either doing a good job or that I was appreciated, either through words or deeds. I work hard, try to better myself everyday, try to show care and respect to my fellow employees and even the company, and I have never gotten anything in return except for carpet dance meetings to explain myself for why I wasn't able to work on my day off for the third time in a single month. At what point do hard work and reasonability cross? I don't know, but many times it feels we have passed it.
Here at Atlantic Southeast our President sends his thanks to ALL the workers for keeping our completion factors on-time and on-point almost every week. It's the little things that matter I suppose.

It's gotten to the point now if I even SEE one of our illustrious managers, I just walk the other way. If they talk to me, I'm more likely to say something that'll get me fired.....

Dear god. Now our management's gonna replace Coke with Riddle Thirst. Then we'll fly abnormally fast to make sure we're within A-14......
I don't plan on drinking any Riddle Thirst any time soon. I have almost 5 hours tomorrow that is all EXT pay... Hope the captain understands there is a huge need for us to fly at LRC all day. Sucks we have to go to YYZ on the day the G20 Summit starts![]()
