Oh Oh Ohhhhh GLP-1!!!

Can you talk a bit about how it affected your relationship with food? Was it the nausea that kept you away from eating... making it easier to change your lifestyle/eating plan etc.? I'm just trying to figure out what I am in for vs. the whole placebo effect and the normal effects of writing down everything that goes into my mouth. Also, has changing the dose caused you to go right back to earlier patterns - or does some of it stick?
Man, that's tough, because there is a chicken and a egg thing there, yeah when I was nauseous obviously I did not each much, and I did learn that fried foods/rich foods generally lead to more nausea, but there was also some "good" foods that just seemed to give me some trouble like Tuna, idk why but it would always give me reflux with "tuna burps". And I love Tuna, but I don't really like tasting it 6 hrs later - I've always had bad acid reflux, though, but the zepbound can bring out the worst in it. That said, even on the very lowest dose before I ever had any side effects, I noticed a huge difference in "food noise" and just generally not being hungry all the time, forgetting to eat at times or going longer between meals, eating way smaller meals and feeling fulfilled and satisfied by them. I found myself naturally making healthier choices quite often just because when you're not as hungry and food loses it's power over you, it becomes so much easier. I have lots of skinny friends that just eat crap food but they eat less of it, and they don't think about food all the time. And in my head now I'm like, "ohhhhh, so THIS is what it must be like to be them...". I do eat better, but I still eat crap food sometimes, but I just eat small portions and have better control. Changing dose has not substantially affected me in a noticable way yet, but the last time I went down on dose, I did stop losing so... Something was going on, somewhere.
I imagine the effects are honestly highly indivualistic, so my experience may be entirely different from yours.
