You can check in at the ticket counter, the gate, or using an automated kiosk. We don't have the ability to check-in online or via app yet.

Anyone else run into issues with gate agents not having a clue what AAC is? It's never affected me getting on a flight yet,but it's caused some confusion at mainline only stations

You can check in at some kiosks in certain airports. I commute out of SMF and am unable to use the kiosks as AA didn't upgrade the entire system at certain airports. Makes sense.
