I believe this must be done through the Compass Travel portal. I've heard that you need to submit verification documentation for any riders added after you were first hired.

Considering applying here...does anyone know if there is currently any leeway given on hiring with less than the 50 hr multi ATP minimum? Currently only have 15...can easily get up to the 25 hr min that SKW requires, but if I have to pay for another 35 hrs all at once that will probably be a non-starter for applying at Compass.

Apply. In the past Compass has hired with as little as 25hrs ME. If they decide to do it again, it'd be good to have your app in before that decision is made. Things change each month.

I think you need 25 at most shops, so apply, go get it, and then I believe the chief pilot has the authority to make an exception for you.
