The prospective upgrades and bases have changed at Compass, too, since back in February. They're all moving targets...and they'll have moved again, for better or worse, by the time it is your turn to bid, upgrade, etc.

That makes sense. I can see a lot of change at the regional level across the board. Thanks for all the advice guys, Time to prep for the interview!

I talked to the SKYW recruiter at the northwest aviation conference and they showed me the numbers on reserve time and how long to get a base. Seattle was 6-9 months. But that might have changed.

A recruiter who uses numbers as if it's a definite thing cannot be trusted. Again pick who you think you would fit in best at.

Yes, they own quite a few and they had many of them long before the Frontwest debacle.

Just got informed from a buddy at OO that all of their 175's for Delta are going to Sea. I wonder if Delta will shrink us or just grow Sea even more.

Somebody should ask on the next conference call. Hopefully just replacing some of the CRJ's.. Our base should be guaranteed for another 11 months. Supposedly we got a 2 yr commitment from Delta for the base.

Regionals mixing at same bases isn't anything new. Just look at MSP...SKW, CPZ, Endeavor have bases there and XJT passes through a bit.
