hmm, so your problem is you want/bid for stuff you aren't senior enough to get? Well, there are only two variables than can fix that. Change seniority, or change your schedule expectations...and really only one of those things effect you.

What percentage do you bid in base and what kind of schedule do you want?

I just KNOW there are brand new to 121 FOs our there right now who are bitching about having to sit 2 months reserve and not able to get weekends off. I've talked to a couple of them.
