Got to take @Gonzo out for a drink in Tampa in this spot…well worth the visit

What’s the protocol when there’s fondue and there’s french fries? Still expected to use the special forks.

Amazing, this is why I love this thread. Usually in Quito I always look for the $4 almuerzos but now I know where to go next time!

You're gonna love it. Its one of the best meals I've had in a while. FO and I agreed that might be the best ceviche we've ever had. The cocktails are supposed to be really good but we didn't have time to try them unfortunately.

The chef has another restaurant in Miami that won a Michellin star with the same concept, showcasing Ecuadorian culture and cuisine.

Not a layover, but what the hey, some of the stuff I ate on vacation in Edinburgh.

I didn’t have Thai food on my radar for Scotland, but this was probably some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had.

Presentation isn’t much but this was one of the best filets I’ve had, too.

One of several full Scottish breakfasts. Love it.

I was disappointed to learn that cities have to pay millions to even have a Michelin person try the food from that city.
