Guess I'm going to NGPA next yearImagine enchiladas, but instead of roja or verde salsa, it’s this spicy smooth frijole sauce.
I had some filled with chorizo and over-easy eggs for breakfast after NGPA and it was just like “WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!”
Not hard to make either. Like standard Mexican food, it looks like hell but brother.. it’s heaven:
