I was in TYS 2017-2018 until I upgraded. I was just getting to the point of being able to transfer back as a CA/LCA and hold a line... #CloseDAYnotTYS

So you came to TYS about the same time I came back to TYS. I was in CLT two years prior to that.

A lot of the FO's I flew with had to leave TYS when they upgraded. I upgraded when I was in CLT and then transferred to TYS.

I lived in Sammamish and moved to Kent when we found a place and I was still 20 minutes out at 4 AM!
Thats why I wouldn't live in either one of those places. When I lived in Sammamish it took me 30 minutes to get to I-90

ENY displacement bid results are out.
Company waived the 30% rule (where only 30% of CA vacancies are available to current CA), so a bunch of people went from shrinking 145 to 175. On one hand, that saved a lot of planned downgrades (for now), on the other I would have been a junior puke CA sitting standby (till the next round of displacements) if they didn't. Enough people moving in to bump me out of cushy Sr FO day trip lines, which sucks. On yet another hand, I still have a job for now, so that's definitely nice.

Seeing as he actually lived there, he's probably in a better position to judge CAK than most.
Personally I've never lived in Ohio but it's seemed perfectly fine every time I've been there, I can think of much worse places to live...
