FSI has a free Microsoft lab for the students complete with "pseudo-panels"....I simply don't need them...that's all. They are pretty much brand new
 
The auction should be coming back fairly soon as the website is being redesigned.

A big pain in the butt however way overdue.
 
I would keep them if you are using MSFS2002.

The lab ones were all still FS98 with a few that are 2000. My system was much better so I did all the MS stuff at home. Perhaps they have changed the systems in the lab.
