I've heard the same from a dispatcher at another shop that hires only internal. Guess internals can have bad habits, too, huh?

That and a lack of basic skills and knowledge. I was perplexed when he explained what has been going on recently...

Does anyone know if they plan to hire external again? With the COVID crumpling the local economy it is virtually impossible to get a part-time fedex job in town.

No. The post is from June and throwing people I don't know under the bus any more than I have, based on a pilots account of something, doesn't really help anybody.
