Endeavor - June 2024 Hiring Thread

Nothing sadly, I did notice skywest posted an application. Plan on putting in for that aswell. Endeavor is my first choice if I'm honest.
I’ll have to send one there as well.
Endeavor is also my first choice, as much as I would LOVE to work for SkyWest idk if my partner will be able to find a job out there :/

9E received over 150 applicants and management has narrowed down to 50ish. So I’m sure people will hear things soon. Gotta weed out all those truck driver dispatch applications lol
I summitted my application on 6/20 and I just checked it and it says "Under Review" with an updated date of 07/03. I wonder if my application is not one of those rejected after that weeding out. (Currently dispatching at a regional and 6 years of airline operations).

Depends what your partner does. Healthcare, maybe education, some jobs. But otherwise the job market here is pretty slim. We have a Costco but don't have a Sam's Club and many other things. No shortage of fast food though LOL.

Same status here. They must have done some weeding on 7/3, at least we're still in! BTW, why if you have 6 years of regional would you want to go to another regional?

Las Vegas is an hour and a half. Your Partner can definitely find employment in Vegas...the two of you just need to find the right "equidistant drive"...or get really comfortable with the shuttle

She’s in healthcare, she’s a phlebotomist so the option will come up eventually :)
If I get hired by skyweezy I’ll be there regardless and we will figure it out :D

She should be okay looking for a job out there then. Intermountain Health runs the areas largest hospital and it’s directly across from the OO office. Aside from that there’s tons of GP offices and specialists that she could work at. St. Jeezy is a retirement town and as such, healthcare is kind of a larger industry out there. Whether or not that translates to high pay…. I couldn’t tell ya. Southern Utah can be kind of expensive.

Do you currently work for them? If so do you know how big of a class they’re hiring?

Rumor has it another class of about 15 dispatchers for the September class. There is a class starting tomorrow with 15 slated to start and a class of 14 is finishing up OJT right now.

The September class might be the last big class, OO has about 100 dispatchers active right now, not counting the class that starts tomorrow. Only have lost 3, that I know of, lately due to transfers or quitting.

Good luck.

Jeez, right when I left it was on the brink of 80. Good to know they're at 100 now. Loved the training and people at Skywest. The pay... not so much, but I'm happy OO was my first shop.

I’m really hoping I get in!
I hear nothing but great things about working for them! Both SkyWest and Endeavor are at the top for me.

You really can't go wrong with either. Once upon a time I interviewed at both, as well as Air Whiskey when they were still flying United colors. I received offers for all three but OO was where I wanted to wind up for a number of reasons. I feel for anyone starting out in the game because the hiring landscape has changed rather abruptly over the last 6 months or so. as for Skywest, the training and people that run the show there are top notch and I can't say enough great things about working there. If I had to start my career over tomorrow, they'd be the first place I'd be trying to throw an app in.
