I interviewed last week, March 3rd. The questions up top are spot on. Know the defintions of V speeds as it relates to the 121 world. But everything else was spot on. Tech interview lasted about 40 mins. HR lasted about 30mins, of which 20 mins was spent on going over your paperwork. Oh, my HR was done by a pilot which kinda surprised me. The sim was pretty straightforward. There was 6 of us, and 3 of us got the sim profile out of Memphis and the other half got a sim profile out of LAX. I can't stress this enough, USE THE INSTRUCTOR FOR EVERYTHING!!! Have him set your power, altitude, heading bugs, courses, EVERYTHING. You should just concentrate on maintaining altitude and headings.
Good luck to those that apply. Out of 6 of us, 3 of us made it to the medical the next day. I guess now I just gotta wait for the captains board, which they said could be awhile. Oh, all 6 of us had some sort of internal recommendation. Guess with so many applicants, that's the only way they are weeding out the applicants. Hope this helps!
