During training until the completing of IOE you can expect to be paid for 64 hours at the starting rate of $25.08 plus 16 hrs of per-diem daily at a rate of $1.80.
Not only that. But they sent me home for a week to do CBT for the CRJ with pay!!That sounds about right. It's actually a contractual thing, although I'm currently too lazy to look it up.
As far as newhire training goes, Eagle does it right. They take good care of you. Free lodging, pay plus per diem, and they made sure we were in the system and had ID so we could nonrev home on weekends ASAP.
Perfect? No. A relatively decent place to work? Pretty much.

Apparently they just got the EMJ CBT approved and will be starting students on in it with the class starting Nov. 8th.That's actually standard. Our CBT program for the CRJ is very progressive. They've been trying to adapt it to the EMJ fleet since I got to Eagle. Very high training success rates on the CRJ.

Unfortunately, when the job isn't even posted on their careers website that's about all you can expect.
Anyone know about how long after getting the "Your app is scheduled for review in 2 days" email it took to get a call one way or another?
