With over 1000 apps would it be a long shot for me if I have yet to receive an assessment? I haven’t received a tbnt email either and my app still says my qualifications are under review
Yea I got it last week, I’m external as well.

I applied last year and again this time. Just received an email stating I “have a passing AON score on file. Congratulations on passing the assessment! The hiring manager will be reviewing your resume and will be in touch with any possible next steps“. I am external as well.

They will start inviting people out to Atlanta for in-person interviews most likely. I would expect interview offers to go out by the end of this week into early next week due to the planned start date being around mid-January. After the in-person interviews they will start sending out offers thereafter.
Good luck to everyone who passed the AON assessment and hopefully you can get an interview!

Yeah if you passed the assessment last time you don’t have to redo it.

I took the assessment two years ago and never got one again two weeks ago. I was quite surprised to get an email saying I passed the AON assessment today, that's for sure.
Alot of internals are making the transition after a year or so, especially if you are in another OCC role.

My guess would be invites going out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the interviews being conducted the first week of December.
Do you think these will be in person or over the computer?
