Veteran's Day is not a holiday for DL staff. The other question is whether it is a holiday for DL staff.
I got it too, also interested in responsesI got the email for the online assessment. Has anyone taken it recently that has any tips on what to study?
I know there is RST, but not sure how dispatch related that is for interviewsI got an invitation to take an assessment. I heard they don’t use wonderlic anymore. Does anyone know what to study or what assessment called?
Don't forget we work in aviation where holidays don't exist and weekends don't either (unless your senior enough to hold that coveted line)The other question is whether it is a holiday for DL staff.
I also got this I would like to know if anyone has gone through one recently or knows what to expect.I got it too, also interested in responses
I think they want you to wait six months since one of the application questions stated: "If I have ever taken an assessment or have interviewed for the position in the last six months".For those who have applied for Delta before, if you didn't receive an assessment invite tonight with everyone else, is it likely game over? Or do they come in waives?
Thanks in advance!
If you applied within the last 6 months you will be auto rejected when you take the assessment. Guess it helps them get a broader applicant pool for each hiring.I think they want you to wait six months since one of the application questions stated: "If I have ever taken an assessment or have interviewed for the position in the last six months".
What is RST?I know there is RST, but not sure how dispatch related that is for interviews
Aon. Similar to what they give the pilotsI got an invitation to take an assessment. I heard they don’t use wonderlic anymore. Does anyone know what to study or what assessment called?
Thank you!Aon. Similar to what they give the pilots
Maybe RST means, review study testWhat is RST?
I may be wrong but have heard that if you have applied to DL before and already passed their AON assessment (even if you were not ultimately selected for the class, and if it was longer than 6 months ago) you do not need to re-take the assessment. They would simply notify you at some point if they are moving your resume along for further review or eventually send a TBNT. Again this may not be accurate, just what I have heard from a couple of colleagues. For those who have applied for Delta before, if you didn't receive an assessment invite tonight with everyone else, is it likely game over? Or do they come in waives?
