For every year you both have been with the company, you will get xx amount per hour more. You will get your 12 years and she will get her 18 years. So, yep, she will be out making you. Thank you! That's what I was trying to ask but didn't articulate very well. I think I got hung up on two concepts from my Navy days: time in service and time in grade/rank. Time in service would be similar to longevity pay.

Hey, @flynryan692, I see from the spreadsheet that Frontier starting pay is $45,600/yr. But the the notes say "$55,800/yr Dec 2020". Does that mean that year two pay is $55,800? Or does that mean that a new contract starts in Dec 2020 and starting pay will increase to $55,800?

I have seen their scale. It is set so that each year starting pay goes up to account for a multitude of reasons. Year 2-15 or whatever the top is will also be higher accordingly. That being said, their current contract is a 5 year ending Dec 2021.

The DOS for their contract is December, and according to their payscale the starting pay goes to $55,744 in December 2020. It is NOT year two pay.
 
The pay raise is in effect. The pay scale that was presented is not official, however raises somewhat reflect it. Anything can happen after (if) the union is voted in.
