Would love a Column showing the names that each company calls their dispatchers for easier searching of positions. Delta: flight superintendent. FedEx: specialist....
most likely HR used the old posting dataI see a discrepancy on Alaska and Horizon. They both have dispatcher openings right now but are showing different pay - lower. The posted pay for Alaska is $44.63 compared to the spreadsheet's amount of $46.16 which it says is fairly recent as of April 2024. So is there something about it that I'm missing? Horizon posted $20.60 on their job but the spreadsheet has $21.47 and is a little older, from 2021. Did the starting pay really go down by 87 cents or am I missing something?
For AS, the spreadsheet reflects the 2024 pay, $44.63 looks like the 2023 pay I see. The AS scale does say "with longevity applied" but I can't imagine there is anything extra applied for starting pay, unless there is license pay.I see a discrepancy on Alaska and Horizon. That reminds me, I need to replace my FAR AIM from 1998.We're dispatchers, attention to detail and being up to date on the "regs" is our thing.
What’s a FAR AIM?That reminds me, I need to replace my FAR AIM from 1998.

A shot taken from 300 yards away. What’s a FAR AIM?
AA is around 59 an hour after sign off. Year 3 is 63.50 with an additional qual. That’s with the DX ticket over ride. That’s at 1750 hours a year.According to this:

AA should be at $6,428/mo after sign off (about 40/hr.) I believe from what I heard DL is $1 more per month. Then that same tentative agreement says a $315 override for your certificate.
