Dispatcher Pay Spreadsheet

There has been some requests to add Global Crossing (Global X?) out of Miami, so I did but I have no info for it. If anybody has anything they'd like to contribute for them please reach out through DM or the submission form.

Also, can anybody verify American is still correct or send me updated information?

Finally, in general, if you want to scroll through and double check your own shop is correct that would be very helpful!

Thanks everyone!

Ey bud -- You got Louhhvul spelled wrong on there (Lousiville [SDF]). I like how Spirit made it on there twice though! Definitely recommend keep.

:)

...uh..yeah that was a test to see who is paying attention. Congrats you win! ;)

LOL

I ran out the door and actually posted that before I could possibly submit info. Turns out, now I can't even find the updated notes I had, soooo that's on me!
:D

Definitely winning.

Just an update on ENY pay. As of May 14th, starting pay will be changed from $16.85 to $19.20/hr. The rest of the pay scale won’t be changed until the CBA is renegotiated, which could be a couple of years. For a new hire today it will take roughly 2 years to go from $19.20/hr to $19.27/hr if they keep everyone following the current CBA payscale.

ENY is 19.87. Someone screwed up the pay in a good way. Everyone I know there is happy with the raise. (well everyone that was making below that, no compensation for anyone making over it.)

With the increase to 19.87 now, what would be the next step increase for a new hire at Envoy? Are contract negotiations still ongoing?

Solid question to ask the people doing the interviews :) don’t worry about the pay, take the a job and once you’re signed off you will be able to work OT etc… regionals are losing peoplecpe quick with Envoy having lost in the past year nearly 100 DXers. Get in and out, don’t work hard enough you don’t need to get the 1 year pay bump.

I haven’t applied to Envoy, I ask the question since applying to a regional may be on the horizon soon and any of them would be a significant pay cut from what I make currently, on top of moving expenses. It may be a deterrent if there isn’t any pay increase after a certain timeframe.

If you haven't seen yet, Piedmont has an incredible package now. $23/hr start, $2,500 relocation assistance, $3,000 annual retention bonus, and from what I am told super good insurance if that is important to you. If they are hiring when you're ready you should consider them.

But if using your travel benefits is important to you, please take in to consideration the amount of gas you will be spending driving to PHL or BWI. It’s nearly impossible to get out of Salisbury on one of only three usually scheduled flights a day (all of which leave before first shift ends..) And the company won’t help facilitate any parking in either PHL or BWI so add that to the cost.

Budget is tight anyways at the regional level so travel is not as easy even with the benefits. This is a great move on Piedmont.

If anyone is curious, Ravn Alaska dispatchers will all be double certified to dispatch both the Dash 8s and the 757s (dba Northern Pacific). It will be a bidding system for what desk you sit, but on any given day you will either do the regional stuff only or 757 stuff only. I can confirm starting pay is $31/hr; did not sound like there will be any override for the international stuff but I am not certain about that. Hope this helps!

Starts at $35/hr top out $75/hr. That's for the 1st year. 3% increase every year for the life of the contract. 1940 hours per year. Lead override 10% on top of those hourly rates.
so 3%/yr from 35-75. thats nice. well done atlas. given they operate like a major, thats better
