This is great news for UPS's next contact. At least that's what I think.

Absolutely. A rising sea...This is great news for UPS's next contact. At least that's what I think.
With a $75/hr top out pay at Atlas, it should be considered a career destination and not just a stepping stone. Kentucky/Ohio have a pretty reasonable cost of living. Six figure money goes a long way in that part of the country.
Meanwhile, Southwest dispatchers are on day 1270 of negotiations....
We LUV our Cohearts!
Yes, they are accurateAre the Republic rates accurate as of the new contract (start at 22, top out 40)?
It's an annual increase, you start at the "bottom" and you get a raise on your work anniversary to the next step. Some airlines increase the entire scale by a small percentage each year (2%, 3%, etc), so you might get a small raise on Jan 1 and then another for your YOS on your work anniversary.I’ve been really seriously considering a career change to flight dispatch lately. I love this spreadsheet! I was wondering though, how does pay increase from starting to top out at each. Are there annual increases? How long to top out? Thanks in advance.
