So what is the next step after Friday's LEC meeting? Is this something that can be accomplished in a decent time frame once the ball gets rolling or something that will have to wait till section 6 negotiations begin on the next contract?

So far I don't have anything on my schedule so, I'll be there. Hopefully Scheduling decides to leave me be.

UPDATE:

Just got back from the LEC meeting in ATL today. The resolution to examine the representational structure and a possible "one list" passed. Basically, it just boots the football to the MEC to research, contemplate, and recommend. Not a lot of teeth but, this is just a starting point. It was evident that a lot of hearts and minds still need to be changed on the issue.
