Righty is burning more than lefty... ;)

And at least your DME appears to be working ;)

It's more common than not. Today I was burning 14 on the left and 18 on the right. My biggest concern is just keeping the props synced. Don't know what it is, but our constant speed props will not maintain a constant speed. If you so much sneeze, the props unsync. Definitely one of the many things that drives me to drink.

It's absolutely shocking that there are no analog DME units floating around our fleet. Why is THAT the equipment that gets to be digital?

I think the problem is you're flying this plane 1" over company power settings. That's not enough! 35" was minimum because everyday is Friday power setting day!

I stopped caring about exact MP settings on these engines long ago. They wander so bad it's pointless to try and nail them down to a specific setting. I probably had them set to 26" and then hit a bump or the wind changed direction slightly causing them to creep up. Maybe if the company paid me more I could be bothered to care about such matters...

I hated touching those nobs. They always felt.... sticky

No sticky nobs (knobs?) here. Just incredibly worn down.

Went to 47N for cross wind practice the other daywe had rare wind. Made three approaches and could not land dam thing. A CFI saw me departing and said if I am ever back, bring logbook to him for BFR signoff. Flew back to 39N, cheated wind on landing and was trying to find the CFI. No joy. BFR is not due anyway.

Went on a cross country yesterday. A little cloudy, but found some breaks to take a look above:
