Why do u say that?
I’ve been asked so many times for the same forms for employment verification and am stuck in a Groundhog Day situation. Provide the needed docs, get an email saying to provide the needed docs, call a person to confirm receipt of the needed docs, get another email saying to provide the needed docs, and so on. But the progress meter is moving. It’s just a headache.

I know I didn't get selected for this current class in April. But, since I didn't get an official TBNT email, does B6 maintain a pool like AA for future classes?

When I applied over five years ago, yes they should. That's how I got a spot after someone ended up not taking it.

New posting up for another class of 5 starting in May I believe. Good luck to all! Starting is 73,600 including LUP. Compensation review is starting next month which will bring the pay much closer to the big 4.

Any idea of how long the reviews take before approved and implemented? Do they typically match one of the big 4? I’m sure that would help with NYC COL. Any word on the next hiring?

Reviews happening now, they typically conclude in the late summer and take effect in the fall. They usually don’t match the big 4 but get close to them. Pay has typically been at or slightly above what Alaska is at.

I do believe hiring is done until after the Flight Keys implementation in the fall.

New pay scale announced. 2 year scale with another pay review happening in 2025. Overall up to a ~20% increase over the 2 year scale. This basically matches up to Alaska's 2023/2024 pay.

Wow, I don’t think anybody expected such a low ball contract. 100k not till year 5 in NYC? You have to wait a year to get your whole raise? That’s kind of embarrassing.

The cost of living in NY is ridiculous lol, feel like the Allegiant pay scale is better due to the COLA (plus Nevada there is no state tax)

Feel like 100k should be starting pay at least, just because how ridiculous expensive New York is.

B6 is probably just going to be like Hawaiian , a major airline that is severely underpaid due to the cost of living (People will only work there just because there locals and most likely a stepping stone to the legacy carriers)
