About the Project
We’re training AI systems to understand real air traffic communications — including tower and pilot transmissions. We need people who understand aviation lingo and phraseology to review and correct short audio clips.

What You’ll Do
  • Listen to short ATC or pilot recordings (10–30 seconds)
  • Review pre-filled text and correct any errors
  • Ensure callsigns, runways, readbacks, and standard phrases are accurate
  • Submit your reviewed annotation

Who We’re Looking For
  • Strong familiarity with aviation communications — enthusiasts, pilots, controllers, dispatchers, or military aviation experience
  • Comfortable understanding standard ATC English and radio phraseology
  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
  • Reliable and consistent for remote work

Requirements
  • English
  • Ability to complete consistent daily or weekly batches
  • Verification required: ID + Geo verification through Persona (this is on our platform).

Why Join

how much are you paying?
It averages between $10–$20 USD per hour, depending on speed and accuracy — each line is treated as a task, so experienced reviewers can earn more.

We’ll also need SMEs/top performers to audit and review others’ work. Top performers will be invited to join this review tier at a premium rate.

sorry, that’s not enough money for the experience commensurate with the task of outsourcing my colleagues labor

good luck with your pillage of knowledge

You may have to raise this to pay rate to attract experienced aviation professionals to give you decent results… since - as I hope you know - our time is significantly more valuable than that.

We're open minded, but working within a budget. What rate would you value this at? I'm interested in sourcing in other markets, or potentially flight sim RP community. I can pass this back to team.

$2500/hr if you’re shooting for the whole structural unemployment thing

or you can get flightsimmers to do it for nothing and get garbage. then the actual pilots will be the ones that have to deal with your inferior technology when it gets shoddily rolled out in the current regulatory environment

your product though

I need to be somewhat discreet in a public form, but this isn't what you think it is :)

dont care, you can’t take california applicants because you want to pay them below minimum wage? for the experience people get from investing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to acquire?

ping me, because I'm genuinely curious and would enjoy learning more about it. I do AI stuff for money and am curious at what other things are being constructed.
