I was introduced to Miracle 2000 years ago. It does a great job. It tastes best when mixed with cranberry juice. It looks like green algae and smells like wild cherries.

and this..

Using both of these helped me get to 9.3 MPH on the tread mill.

@Koenigsberger_Katjase Have you tried any of the new maximal cushioning shoes like Hoka One One or Altra? I would consistently get hurt whenever I went over 10K, but since I've been running in Altra Olympus, I've got a good injury free streak going. Ran 22.5K this morning, in fact.

I'm going to have to try something. I am hoping it's just old shoes. The new ones I ordered online have apparently been sitting at the post drop off point for weeks because they never notified me ughhhh!! I will try the new shoes and see if it gets better...

Anyone track their runs with Garmin products? Is there a group function with their connect website? Interested in starting one?

I use a Garmin, but don't know about the group function of connect. I send all my run data to Strava, and I know you can setup groups there.

If you have one of any number of smart phones there are literally hundreds of apps out there.

Some let you import running routes others use, some can be tied to a heart monitor to more accurately gauge calorie burn beyond just pace time and altitude changes...

Me I use "Jog Log." Main reason I like it, is you can use it for more than just running and it's easy to build workouts. I have a 30/60 sprint workout, a long slow bike ride workout, and a couple others specific to running paces where it yells at me to speed up or slow down to teach me my pace.

Did 25k in 2:15 today, ran from Berlin all the way to Potsdam. I got rained on harder than I've ever been rained on for about 8k of it, to the point where people were pulling over to ask me if I wanted a ride o_O

No injuries at all. Maybe I will actually get a marathon in this year.

The Nike Runing app got the most mentions in this thread. Is it still the most popular app?

I have the sport watch. I like the app in relation to that. I feel so special when Olympians give me positive feedback. ;) I think most people use other apps though.
