What is the significance of the numbers at the end this KMEM METAR?

6xxxx is the 3 and 6 hour precipitation amount
1xxxx is the 6 hour max temp
2xxxx is the 6 hour min temp
4xxxxxxxx is the 24 hour max and min temp
5xxxx has something to do with pressure, I have no idea how to read it

5xxxx is first 0 is pressure increasing then decreasing and 004 is 00.4 hectopascals in relation to sea level pressure change over last 3 hours
